There is a Progressive War going on in NH CD1 between Rep. Heath Howard and Christian Urrutia.

The war going on between two self purported Progressives is going on in NH CD1.  It’s gotten rather personal.

Heath Howard is a young progressive State Rep who had earned his legislative dues. The Christian guy is new to politics and thinks that he can avoid real public service by being in the NH legislature.

Howard has had the guts to call out Jeanne Shaheen to her face when she caved and screwed NH’s middle class out of affordable health care. He is a fighter.

Both need to think carefully about why their respective disagreements really don’t matter to their campaigns. They need to stay on message.

Graham Platner’s Maine Primary Blowout

Graham Platner won the Democrat Senate primary in Maine. It was a blowout. I offer my thoughts on this crazy two weeks in Maine. Maine voters didn't buy it. And we have learned in Maine just how hard it is to stand up to big money, and to stand up to AIPAC.  They throw everything they can at you. And they do it at the last minute to make it difficult to respond. It didn't work in Maine. Maine...
