For any other President it would be easy to assume that they would not do that. Donald Trump and his behavior is not like any other President. The question we have to ask ourselves is if, based on our observations of him, if thought he could get away with it, would he? There are not many people who would believe that he wouldn’t if he thought he could get away with it and there was a political advantage in it.
